Job Description

As a talent development coordinator, your job is to prepare training materials and onboarding procedures, coordinate new hire orientations, and schedule other programs that provide newly recruited talent the chance to learn the corporate culture of your organization and figure out how things work within the system.

Job Requirement

  • Requirements: BA degree in hotel management, management ,Teaching or related fields; at least 2 years of work experience as a Training Coordinator in four or five-star Hotel
