Essential Function

• calculates purchase prices and quantity against purchase orders

• Prepares  reports of receipts and issuance of store items

• Checks receipts and  issued items against bin card records

• Checks periodically the overall stock position of supplies  and materials

• Reconciles  bin card records with stock card balance regularly

• Charges the cost of office supplies  and other items issued to the respective offices

• Ensures proper stock  control system

Job Requirement

• BA in Procurement and Supplies, Management, Accounting and Finance, store management, property management, banking and Finance, management, Business Management and any other relates fields with 4-6 months of experience in procurement and related fields, preferably in banking industry
