Job Description
The Manager plans and coordinates the overall activities of the branch, and follows-up and evaluates Branch’s operations/targets on established performance parameters. He/she motivates and coaches the customer service officers responsible for the delivery of high quality service. He/she identifies and recruits potential customers and provides professional advice.
Job Requirement
Required Education & Experience BA in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance or Marketing or Banking & Finance or Business Administration or other business related field of study with 3(three) years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which 1(one) year in supervisory position
Place of Work: Gursum / Shebelle/ New branches under Harar city
NB: applicants at Gursum Branch- Speaking affan oromo language is highly desirable, For Shebelle Branch, Speaking Somali is preferable, and new Branches under Harar City Speaking affan- oromo is Preferable
