• Proficiency in using computer reservation systems (CRS) and travel booking software (Galileo & others).

• Comfortable to work virtually and physically.

• Strong knowledge of international airline ticketing procedures, booking systems, and fare structures.

• Familiarity with visa requirements and application processes for various countries.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, airlines, and embassy officials.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Problem-solving skills to handle changes, cancellations, and unexpected situations.

• Multilingual skills and cultural awareness for assisting clients from diverse backgrounds
