Job Description
Administrative assistants provide administrative and office support for supervisors. They perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.
Educational Level and work Experience: Minimum of BA Degree in Secretarial Science & Office Management/Administrative Service Management or business related field of study with diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management and a minimum 3 years related work experience. Experience in Construction Company or Real estate is preferable
