Job Description

· Attracting and hiring qualified candidates for open positions within the organization. This involves creating job descriptions, advertising job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews and making job offers

· Ensure that new employees have a smooth transition into the company. conduct orientation programs, facilitate the completion of paperwork, and provide necessary information about company policies, benefits and procedures

· Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and conflicts. handle employee grievances, conduct investigations and work to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment

· Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance. provide guidance to managers on setting performance goals, conducting feedback sessions, and addressing performance issues

· Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. organize training sessions, workshops and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge

· Managing compensation programs, such as salary structures, bonuses and incentives. administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans and leave policies

· Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. develop and communicate HR policies and procedures and keep up-to-date with changes in employment legislation

· Involved in initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work culture. organize team-building activities, employee recognition programs and wellness initiatives

· Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment contracts and performance evaluations. analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making

· Develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. contribute to workforce planning, succession planning and talent management initiatives

· Identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities and establish and maintain strong vendor relationships. Negotiate contracts, terms and pricing agreements with vendors to secure the best possible deals and minimize costs

· Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals and objectives. Analyze market trends, monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvement

· Review and approve purchase requisitions and ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, industry regulations and legal requirements

· Utilize forecasting techniques to anticipate demand and ensure availability of products and materials

· Ensure suppliers meet quality standards and specifications. Monitor compliance with relevant regulations, certifications and industry standards

· Analyze purchasing data and generate reports on metrics such as spend analysis, supplier performance and cost savings. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness

· Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of inventory. Monitor supplier performance, resolve any issues and ensure adherence to quality standards

· Implement inventory control policies and procedures to maintain accurate stock levels, minimize discrepancies and prevent theft or damage. Conduct regular physical audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies

. Optimize store layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and ease of access to inventory. Oversee inventory receiving, put-away and picking processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Qualification:

· M.A/B.A Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Economics or any related field of study from recognize university/college  

Experience:

. 6 years of experience for M.A or 8 years of experience for B.A, 2/4 Human Resource Manager/supervisory/coordination roles in similar organization setup or equivalent (the work experience must be after graduation)
