Requirements for International Conference Center Service Specialist Position
Job Responsibilities: Provide conference, catering, exhibition, and banquet services to company VIPs and clients of senior levels.
Work Experience: At least 1 year of corresponding flight experience with the specified airlines.
Basic Qualifications: Strong service awareness, excellent image and temperament, dignified behavior, certain cultural literacy, and language abilities (English as a working language). Strong commitment to and passion for service. Those with experience as flight attendants will be given priority.
Appearance Standards:
(1) Height: 166cm-175cm, reference weight standard: (Height-113) kg.
(2) No prominent scars, marks, or acne on exposed skin.
(3) Corrected vision of at least 1.0, no obvious eye deformation, and no frame glasses allowed.
Ability Requirements: Team collaboration, proactivity, communication skills, emotional control, and interpersonal understanding.
III. Compensation and Benefits:
(I) Compensation: Aligned with international aviation industry standards, providing competitive compensation consisting of standard salary (USD4,000 - 6,000), on-duty allowance, performance bonuses, and various subsidies.
(II) Benefits: Place of work in one of China's largest cities, Shenzhen. Family visit tickets, holidays, housing subsidies, and more.
(III) Others: Statutory social security, commercial insurance, etc.
