Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Install & configuring computer hardware, software & printer/photocopiers.
Troubleshooting IT related basic network problems & solving hardware & software faults.
Resolving CCTV camera faults.
Update & maintain accurate records of IT equipment, software & applications.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
BSc Degree in Information Technology, Networking, or a related area in highly desirable.
Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in Similar Capacity
Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and assisting users on windows-based end points.
Excellent communication skills, particularly written & spoken English.
Living in close proximity to Hawassa would be advantageous.
