Sanitary engineers are responsible for ensuring that our water supply is clean and safe. They work with a variety of different industries, including wastewater treatment plants, food processing facilities, hospitals, and more.

Job Location - South Sudan, Juba

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Developing plans and designing sanitation facilities to manage clean water supply, stormwater runoff, reduce flooding, and improve water quality

• Designing water purification systems for residential and commercial use, and treatment systems

• Supervising, Implementing and evaluating the installation of all water related systems.

• Testing water quality at swimming pools, recreational lakes, and other recreational areas to ensure that it meets state or local standards

• Performing assessments of existing wastewater treatment facilities to determine the best ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Monitoring compliance with local, state, and federal codes to ensure sanitation standards are met.

Job Requirements:

• BSc. Degree in Water Engineering/ Hydrology or related field

Experience:

• 6 years in a similar role
