TVET Level III\IV or Diploma in General Mechanics, Machining, Industrial Technology or Completion of 12th Grade with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Machine Operation: Set up, start, and operate specialized production machinery (spinning frames for yarn, pulp/press machines for paper, or processing/packaging equipment for food). - Quality Control: Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet SINEGA’s quality specifications. Adjust machine settings (speed, tension, temperature) as needed. - Basic Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, oiling, and minor mechanical adjustments. - Safety & Hygiene: Strictly follow safety protocols and wear protective gear. In food production, adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene standards. - Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs of production quantities, machine performance, and any issues encountered during the shift.

Diploma in General Mechanic or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Fabricate, assemble, and install metal structures, boilers, tanks, pipes, and pressure vessels. - Perform cutting, shaping, bending, and welding of metal components. - Repair and maintain boilers and other heavy metal equipment.

TVET Level 1 in a related field of study Duties and Responsibilities: - Receive on-the-job training in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding. - Practice basic welding, cutting, grinding, and fitting tasks. - Support senior welders during fabrication activities. - Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for daily work.
