• Based on the annual plan of the institution prepares action plan to be implemented in the branch office.

• Manages and controls financial resources i.e., loan disbursement, saving, loan collection etc., according to policies and procedures of Harbu MFI;

Job Requirement

• Education and Work Experience :  University degree in  Accounting, Cooperative Accounting and Auditing and 4 years’ experience College Diploma in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance

• 6 years’ experience of which 2 years in managerial position
