Job Description
The Tele sales Officer is responsible for generating sales and leads by contacting potential customers by telephone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Contact potential customers by telephone to introduce products and services, and to generate sales and leads.
Use sales scripts and other sales tools to effectively communicate with customers.
Answer customer questions about products and services.
Qualify leads and determine the best course of action to take.
Follow up with customers to close sales.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Work with the Tele sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies.
Attend sales training and development programs
Job Requirement
BA degree in Marketing, Management, and related business fields
1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
Excellent communication and sales skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong customer service skills
Location: Addis Ababa
