Job Description
The Finance and Administration manger will oversee and manage companies which will be a corporate entity shortly namely: Dololo Import and Export PLC, Koisha Car Rental and Tours PLC, Yegna Real Estate Agent, Ethio Color Printers PLC and Kabana Engineering PLC, financial operations, coordinate the creation of current financial reports and summaries, and produce predictions for future growth.
Oversees the creation of all financial statements, including tax returns, income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, and reports for governmental organizations
Participate in the periodic evaluation of HR policies and processes, suggesting improvements to management.
Handle staff recruiting procedures, such as application and shortlisting management, interacting with applicants and arranging interviews, drafting job offers and contracts, referencing, and collecting relevant documents at the offer stage.
Maintain a thorough understanding of HR policies and guarantee employee adherence to HR policies
Oversees the creation of all financial statements, including tax returns, income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, and reports for governmental organizations.
Compares budgeted costs to actual expenses, comparing projected sales and profit to actual data, and making or supervising any required revisions to future predictions and budgets.
Examines the planning process and recommends ways to make it better.
Examines operations to find areas that require restructuring, reduction in size, or elimination.
Establishes planning priorities and coordinates planning with the CEO and other leaders.
Analyzes long-term economic patterns and predicts how they will affect future sales and market share growth.
Manages investments of money and collaborates with investment bankers to get additional funding needed for expansion.
Perform other duties as required by the Managing Director.

Qualifications:
B.A, MA/BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, management, Economics from a recognizable institution/university
Good knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Minimum of 8 (Eight) years of experience BA/MBA out of which 3 (three) years at managerial level,
Experience working with accounting software’s like Peachtree is a must to have skill.
Experience who worked in Import and Export, Construction, tours, and other additional business areas is more preferred.
