Job Description
Silver Spring Production and Promotion PLC which is the sole agent for ebs television.
Our company is seeking to hire a Sales Manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, setting and meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. Lead the Company Sales Force in achieving the sales objectives for the sales area as set in the Customer Marketing Plans and Customer Business Plans. Co-develop local Sales Force Strategy together with international sales manager. Lead and plan sales resources in sales area. Lead sales force projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy
Review policies, procedures, and documents to ensure compliance
Conduct market research to determine compensation and benefit offerings
Develop and maintain electronic databases of compensation and benefit data
Estimate financial impact of compensation and benefit changes
Develop compensation and benefit plans for new staff
Research and compile information on trends affecting compensation and benefits
Research and present information on compensation and benefits
Conduct compensation and benefit seminars
Perform background and reference checks
Review compensation and benefit programs to ensure compliance
Review current employee compensation and benefit plans to ensure compliance and recommend change
Research and evaluate new compensation and benefit programs
Assist recruiting and training staff on compensation and benefit issues
Provide council on compensation and benefits
Train and support other HR personnel on compensation and benefit issues

Job Requirements
BS degree in human resources, business administration or related Filed
Proven experience leading compensation and benefits teams
Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail
Proven working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist
Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
Adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations
Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
