Job Description

Script writers are responsible for creating the scripts used in television shows, movies, commercials, and other forms of media. They take a variety of different elements—such as dialogue, plot points, character development, etc.—and combine them into a cohesive narrative that is easy to follow and engaging for viewers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Creating storyboards for each scene in the script, including character descriptions, camera angles, and other visual elements

  • Interviewing key personnel involved in the production, such as the director, producer, actors, or subject matter experts

  • Writing, rewriting, and editing scripts to meet the needs of the production company or client

  • Developing characters and plots, including creating an outline for each scene

  • Writing dialogue for each character based on their personality traits, motivations, and relationships with other characters

Job Requirements:

  • Enrolled in University or Bachelor's Degree in Creative Writing, English, Script Writing, Journalism, Film or in a related field of study

  • Creative writing skill, Storytelling skill and Multilingual
