MA Degree in Development Studies, Environmental studies, Community Development, Rural Development, Public Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Coordinate day-to-day project activities in collaboration with THP-E’s core and project staff and local partners. - Conduct annual project planning and implementation as per the approved activities, budgets and donor requirements;    - Conduct local government stakeholders mapping, co-develop, and agree on a partnership modality. - Ensure project activities are inclusive, participatory, and aligned with community resilience priorities.

Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, Project Management, Social Sciences or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Serve as the main communication link between the National Office and all branch offices for day-to-day project operations. - Monitor and update the master project work plan and activity timeline. - Track the progress of all project activities and deliverables across branches.
