Job Description

Senior Customer Service Officers deal most frequently with customers of the bank. They promote the banks products and services, and provide information about the customers personal accounts and related transfers, deposits, savings etc

Job Requirement

  •  Qualification : A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline

  • Work Experience :  Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Customer Service Officer
