Responsibilities

As an ICT Support Officer at Landmark General Hospital, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our hospital runs smoothly by providing top-notch ICT support. Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to ICT support requests from hospital staff with a focus on hospital management software, finance software, and other critical applications.
Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting a wide range of hardware devices, from computers and printers to TVs and UPS systems.
Conducting routine system administration tasks, such as backups and software updates, to maintain data security and system stability.
Collaborating with our dedicated ICT team and hospital staff to tackle complex IT challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
Offering training and guidance to hospital staff to help them maximize the use of our ICT systems.
Performing quality checks to proactively identify and address potential issues.
Being available for emergency ICT support when needed, even outside regular working hours.
Communication and Team skills are vital for success

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Windows Server management expertise is preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A team player with a collaborative mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
High ethical standards and a strong sense of character.
