Job Description
On behalf of our client, FH Real Estate, we are looking for a successful candidate to fill the position of Secretary.
Job Summary
• Perform administrative/reception/secretarial duties
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products
• Prepare cash receipt vouchers for cash and check collections
• Ensure intact deposit of cash and cheque collections on a daily basis
• Produce sales invoices to customers
• Analyse proformas and Prepare purchase order
• Check proper and adequate documentation for all sales on a cash basis
• Handle petty cash payments and ensure compliance with internal control set out
• And Other Duties as Assigned.
Requirements
• BA degree in secretarial science and office management
• 1–3 years Experience in reception/secretarial service/customer service/retail sales/cash register Machin operations/POS software/Amharic Typing
• Excellent skill in Excel and other MS packages
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to draft letters in English
• Experience in a real estate business is preferable
• Work Location- Bole Medihaniyalem (around Sheger)
Salary- 6,000 Net
