Job Description
Operate brewing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Complete all necessary records accurately on time and record of all irregularity in to log book
Take respective samples as per the brewer instruction.
Handling of all waste as per the brewer instruction
Perform all tasks in an efficient, safe and productive manner.
Use and keep all PPE clean and available when necessary.
Perform all CIP as per work instruction of the brewer.
Job Requirements
BA Degree in Chemical Engineering, food science or Related Field
1+ years of experience in the same field.
