Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Track and record all marketing activities, implement metrics to evaluate their success and amend marketing measures when necessary;
Attend and participate in marketing operations or events to increase brand awareness;
Communicate with target audiences to build and develop customer relationships;
Contact customers, requiring effective written and verbal communication and the ability to build customer rapport while managing their expectations
Establish and implement advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on various media, social and print;
Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts;
Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define target groups;
Increase our visibility by using different promotions through professional social media;
Initiate and improve customer relations via customer interaction, with special emphasis on customer visits to active and potential customers;
Develop targeted sales strategies, identify sales leads and convert leads to sustainable sales;
Provide customer feedback to the company that contributes to the companys growth;
Answering client queries about service provisions and following the status carefully;
Perform other duties assigned by your supervisor
Requirements
Academic qualification
Degree in Marketing Management or related fields
Additional qualifications
Proficiency in English, both writing and speaking is essential
Exemplary organizational and multitasking skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-sufficient, and able to make a positive impact;
Visionary and sharp business-minded;
Ability to Influence and Negotiate
Years of experience:
2+ years of work experience, preferably in the Service Sector
Salary: Negotiable and attractive
Work Place: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
