KEMMCOM is implementing digital literacy programs across the country in partnership with Meta and we are looking for observers to facilitate and observe trainings on Digital Literacy.

Qualifications

• A fresh graduate looking for some experience in digital literacy projects, observing training sessions for different parts of society.

• Interest in technology

• Active and willing to take over and manage tasks  quickly

• Must be responsible and reliable to deliver tasks in due time

• Willing to travel to assigned areas across Ethiopia

• Have personal smart phone

Job Descriptions

Tasks and Responsibilities

• To go to the selected Civil Societies and provide the project description to the Civil Societies adequately

• Gather the full names/contact info  of ToT trainers from each Civil societies and trainer assigned to observe and send that to the project consultant

• Attend meetings (online and in-person) whenever required

• Attend Module Introductory  sessions (virtual or in-person)

• Assist in scheduling of training observation at Civil Societies with KEMMCOM staff and project consultant

• Conduct training observations as scheduled by going to the Civil societies and observing based on prepared assessment questionnaire format

• Deliver the observation reports to project consultant and KEMMCOM on schedule

• Assist and deliver in the delivery and collection of documents to and from KEMMCOM to the Civil Societies including certificates and others

• Assist in the management of the social media group created for the program based on discussion with KEMMCOM and the project consultant

• Closely communicate with the project consultant and KEMMCOM team throughout the project

• Other tasks that might be assigned by the project consultant during the duration of the program
