Insurance agency managers coordinate and oversee the operations of an institution or a branch of an institution that offers insurance services. They provide clients with advice on insurance products.

Job Requirement

• Education: BA/BSC in Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Mechanical Engineering or related fields

• Experience: Six years proven and relevant post qualification Insurance experience out of which two years in supervisory positions or three years as senior officer.

Knowledge and Skill

• Good knowledge of insurance products & services.

• Acceptable marketing & selling skills.

• Team building skills.

• Communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.

• Written & spoken English language proficiency.

• Excellent computer skill.

• Having CII Diploma is an advantage.
