Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. - Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent. - Act as a liaison between management and employees to address grievances and improve relations - Oversee performance appraisal systems to enhance productivity and development. - Administer compensation, benefits, and reward programs. - Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and international HR standards. - Identify training needs and manage employee development initiatives. - Track and report key HR metrics to inform strategic decisions. - Promote an inclusive and respectful workplace culture. - Maintain accurate HR records and operate HR information systems (HRIS/HRMS).

Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist with onboarding processes for new hires. - Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital. - Scan and upload documents to the staff database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
