Vacancy Announcement of HR & General Service Head

Job Title: HR and General Service Head

Report to: Furnished Apartment Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Develops and implements Medium-term and short-term plans for human resource development to achieve the apartment's mission;

·         Prepares and coordinates the apartment's annual, monthly, weekly and daily operational plans and budgets up to the executioner staff and provides close supervision and support

·         Study to help build the apartment's productivity and capacity, and monitor the implementation of study results appropriately;

·          Organize competency-based recruitment, selection, training and job evaluation; ensures that jobs are implemented; provides solutions when there is a gap

·         Plan, Organize, Direct and Supervise all the general services duties and responsibilities such as properties administration, Vehicles management like insurance, annual technical inspection for roadworthiness, Service car assignment for apartment works, fuel and fleet management; building administration, store and store functions issues handling; logistics, procurement and inventory management etc.

Job Requirements

 Education level 

·         Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Management/ Management/Human Resource Management/Economics/or similar discipline.

Work Experience

·         4/2 years of similar work experience in management responsibilities, also having coordination, leadership and good communication skills.
