Job Description
A banking operations manager helps establish, maintain, and facilitate a financial institution's method of doing business. The operations manager likely oversees all transaction reports and ensures that a high degree of accuracy is maintained by the bank.
Job Requirement
Qualification: BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics or related fields.
Work Experience: 4 years’ General Work Experience in bank industry out of which 1 year as Senior Customer Service Officer, Senior Internal Controller I, or equivalent.
Job Grade: X
Work place: Adiyak and Jemruk Branches (Mekele town) and Shire Branch(Shire Town)
