Job Description
Insurance agency managers coordinate and oversee the operations of an institution or a branch of an institution that offers insurance services. They provide clients with advice on insurance products.
Job Requirement
Education: BA/BSC/MA/MSC in Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
Experience: Eight/Seven years proven and relevant post qualification Insurance experience out of which two years as Branch Manager.
Knowledge and Skill
Good knowledge of insurance products & services.
Acceptable marketing & selling skills.
Team building skills.
Communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
Written & spoken English language proficiency.
Excellent computer skill.
Having CII Diploma is an advantage.
