Our company needs a Store manager who is ultimately responsible for the day-to-day operations of a wholesales warehouse store.

Position: - Store manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, Drivers and other pharmacy workers.
Prepare medications, laboratory accessory and medical equipment orders for pickup or delivery.
Order pharmacy supplies, medical equipment’s and laboratory equipment’s and keep track of inventory daily.
Oversee the daily business operations of a wholesale stock, including dispensing and advising clients.
Manage the inventory, and ensure the safe storage of drugs, medical equipment’s and controlled substances.
Developing store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent services
Requirements and skills
Degree or MA in pharmacy field
Have a professional license.(COC certificate)
Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager (at least two years’ experience)
Have a wholesales store manager experience is a plus
Powerful leading skills and business orientation
Customer management skills
Strong organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
