Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Smart Website Builder Product Owner. As the product owner, you will be responsible for managing the development and enhancement of our smart website builder platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of our customers and aligns with our business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, marketers, and customer support to drive the success of our product.
Responsibilities:
Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed user stories and product specifications.
Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the usability and functionality of the smart website builder.
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Monitor key performance metrics to assess the success of the product and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.
Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related queries, providing support and guidance to internal teams as well as external customers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in website building tools to drive innovation within our product.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a product owner or similar role in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of website development processes and technologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and best practices.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and driving customer satisfaction.
