Provides a full range of professional, technical, and general support to customers and Bank personnel; performs customer setups; prepares contracts and maintains customer files; tracks sales records; monitors product usage and system operation; resolves problems within given authority.

Job Requirement

• Educational Level and work Experience: Minimum of BA Degree in Accounting/Economics/Management/Business Administration/Accounting and Finance or business related field of study with 4 years of experience in banking operations out of which 3 years Digital Banking experience
