Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply of materials and services.

• Identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations, negotiate pricing, control costs, and establish long-term partnerships.

• Negotiate and secure credit access for the organization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define specifications, evaluate supplier performance, and resolve any quality or delivery issues.

• Ensure supply chain processes and activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Maintain and regularly review the SCM/Supply chain tracking sheet to monitor key performance indicators, metrics, and milestones.

• Manage project risks (foreign exchange, interest rate, construction) and ensure regulatory compliance (accounting standards, tax laws, foreign exchange).

• Monitor and report project financial performance.

• Implement cost-saving measures to optimize project costs.

• Oversee financial management of complex infrastructure and industrial projects.

• Develop and execute financial strategies to secure funding and manage project expenses.

• Manage receivables, payables, and financial contracts with lenders, investors, and vendors.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply chain Management, Logistics Management, Management or any other related fields with 5 + years of proven work experience

• Strong project management skills

• Knowledge of strategic sourcing and analytical skills

• Needs to have a financial negotiation skills and regulatory compliances.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
