Job Description
· Managed maintenance activities are carried out according to plan and documented
· Ensure formal failure analysis techniques are applied to recover in case of breakdowns (for instance, Breakdown Analysis, 5Why)
· Develops and implements maintenance management routines and aligns with customers like production (including daily breakdown analysis, work order generation and implementation).
· Priorities maintenance activity as per agreed plan with the customer.
· Ensure plant is operated according to the suppliers’ instructions and manuals
· Ensure plant is effectively maintained and planned maintenance is applied
· Makes sure critical spares are identified and stocked as per company stock policy.
· Ensure a maintenance management system (excel) is maintained for all maintenance activities.
· Reports all maintenance KPI’s are reported and improvement planned.
· Highly Support the Energy Saving Program
· Responsible to ensure the technical stores are organized effectively
· Authorize which risk parts should be kept in stock in order to guarantee the availability of the installation
· Responsible to ensure all required materials and services available for maintenance
· Support the Engineering Manager in preparing the department budget, in terms of materials, human resources, third parties, overhauls
· Monitor actual versus planned results and take effective measures in case of deviations
· Share results with Maintenance Team in order to have understanding and buy-in
Job Requirements
· Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering More than 8 years’ experience in a similar role within manufacturing, preferably food manufacturing or 5 years in a Maintenance Head role within the food manufacturing environment/Soap and Detergent.
