Job Description

Plans organize and coordinate the overall sales function of institutional sales.

·         Takes part in setting sales target and formulate functional strategies to achieve them in accordance with the company’s business objectives and strategic directions.

·         Evaluate and analyze sales and services for institutional customer in comparison with compotators.

·         Continuously segment the customers and the consumers in accordance with the sales and marketing strategy of the company.

·         Identifies and actively follow up medias where institutional customers announce tenders and auctions for purchase of products the company can supply.

·         Identifies market opportunities and new markets by proactively identifying, communicating and following-up potential institutional customers, plan and execute market penetration schemes in collaboration with marketing team.

·         Attend to customers queries and complaints.

·         Prepare the annual work program and budget of institutional markets.

·         Maintain the continuously update the date base of the outlets.

·         Analyze performance data and coordinate the sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting process used in sales organization.

·         Ensure the implementation of enabling technologies including CRM in the institutional sales unit.

·         Ensure effective implementation of sales force incentive system and propose its continuous improvement.

·         Monitor the accuracy and proper distribution of regular periodic sales reports.

·         With the follow-up of the national sales manager, properly implement performance evaluation system and KPIs for the sales force in the unit.

·         Ensure timely and consistent supply products to the sales unit.

Job Requirements

BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields with four (4) years of demonstrated experience out of which one (1) years in similar supervisory position in FMCG industries or Bachelor degree in marketing, Business Management or related fields with five  (5) years of demonstrated experience of which two (2) years in similar supervisory position.
