Job Description

  • As Reservation Agent, Check and processes reservation requests, confirm bookings, follow up on payments, handle cancellations and any other updates on the reservations system.

  • Skillfully handle guests request and promptly respond to their request under the Hilton Global Brand standards and you will play a key role in creating excellent first impressions of our Guests:Specifically, You will perform the following tasks to the highest standards.

  • Listen to and understand booking request, issues and situations raised by hotel and internal guests.

  • Replying to all booking requests and confirmation in a promptly manner. Urgency of response towards internal and external customer needs.

  • Understand the needs and requirements of the customer as quick and as accurate as possible and deliver solutions on the same.

  • Be aware of the policies of the department and how these impact the guests.

  • Perform tasks in an efficient and smooth sequence.Comply and submit all reports in timely manner.

  • Maintain guest satisfaction levels, resolving any outstanding issues securing future bookings.

  • Exercise productive working relationships across the hotel and develop very good business relationships with bookers and guestsReview own level of skill and actively identify further personal development requirements.

  • Attend regular departmental meetings.

  • Check and monitor own appearance and conduct.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/BA Degree in Hotel Operation, Marketing, Sales, or other relevant fields of study

  • Minimum of Two years demonstrated hands on work experience in guest facing working environment.

  • Excellent skill in Computer usage, working experience in Outlook and email handling.

  • Excellent skill of communication in ENGLISH both Writing and  Speaking Very Good interpersonal communication skill  

  • Additional language skill is also advantageous.
