Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or a related field
6-7 years of relevant professional experience
Professional certification (MCSA/CCNA/ ITIL/ VCP) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all IT/IS activities across the company, including head office and branch offices.
Ensure that all IT/IS requests are handled promptly and accurately, and that resources are allocated efficiently.
Administer, manage, and customize ICT services and solutions (e.g., apps, Microsoft 365, MPLS, LAN, WAN, messaging, internet connectivity) to prevent and minimize downtime and service interruptions.
Perform daily monitoring and backup and documentation tasks.
Provide technical support for desktop, network, server, software, and workgroup problems, or escalate them to a higher level of support.
Ensure that all IT hardware is preventively maintained on a quarterly basis.
Communication skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
