Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Networking, or Information Systems)
3-4 years of end-user support experience
Responsibilities:
Be the initial point of contact for technical problems.
Troubleshoot problems, diagnose issues, and resolve them or escalate them to a higher level of support.
Have experience with helpdesk ticketing system.
MCSA/CCNA is a plus
Have experience with Server 2019, Windows 10 & 11, Active Directory, and basic hardware and network troubleshooting skills.
Assist all users with their questions about our supported software and systems in a professional and courteous manner.
Have strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
