Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and young ambitious instructor fluent in communicating both in English and Amharic. Mastering the four skills of English is Mandatory.
Salary is Negotiable!
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to the needs of english-speaking students.
Teach Amharic language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening comprehension.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and fosters cultural understanding.
Utilize various teaching methods, materials, and resources to enhance the learning experience and cater to different learning styles.
Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing feedback and support as needed.
Incorporate cultural elements and real-life situations into the curriculum
Job Requirements:
Degree/ Diploma in linguistic or other related fields
Experience:
0-3 years in a similar role
