We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our wide range of residential properties, including apartments and luxury villa houses. The ideal candidate should have exceptional sales and negotiation skills, a strong knowledge of the real estate market, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and expand client base through various marketing and networking strategies.

• Conduct property viewings, provide detailed information, and answer any potential buyer inquiries.

• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgage options, and related matters.

• Prepare and present compelling sales offers and negotiate contracts with potential buyers.

• Collaborate with our marketing team to create innovative strategies for property listings and promotional activities.

• Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends, regulations, and procedures.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and status updates.

Required Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including current pricing trends and property types.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Outstanding sales and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service.

• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.

• Proficient computer skills and experience with real estate software (CRM systems, property databases, etc.).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management or in a related field of study
