Job Description
We at S. Sara Group are looking for an experienced Taxi Hailing Service Operation Manager to oversee and optimize our taxi-hailing operations. You will be responsible for managing all operations to provide excellent and reliable service to customers.
Monitor and analyze key metrics such as driver downtime, passenger wait times, and ride completion rate to identify areas for improvement
Recruit, onboard, train, and manage taxi drivers, addressing any performance issues
Handle day-to-day operations and driver/passenger queries and complaints
Develop pricing strategies and campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Work with marketing and tech teams to improve booking systems, apps, and loyalty programs
Prepare reports on operations metrics and provide recommendations to senior management
Qualifications:
3+ years experience in operations management, preferably in the taxi/ride-hailing industry
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of urban transportation regulations and compliance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Flexible schedule to accommodate 24/7 operations
Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a relevant field
