About our organization
Hey Trading PLC is a company formed by three young individuals who are passionate about providing goods and services to fulfill the market need. Considering the needs for original and genuine electronics products in the market, the first business stream of Hey Trading PLC was formed with the brand name “Hey Mobile and Computers”.
One of the gaps in the Ethiopian market being the lack of a reliable marketing service provider, Hey Trading took the opportunity to utilize the in house marketing expertise and provide a quality marketing service to different corporate organizations and formed Hey Marketing Solutions as the second business stream.
Our company, Hey Marketing Solutions specializes in delivering customized promotional material sourcing, printing, event management, BTL marketing and digital marketing solutions to various clients. In doing so, our company is looking for a passionate and self-directed Creative Marketing Manager to join our team
The Creative Marketing Manager will be responsible to lead the creative development processes our company provides for our clients (graphic & motion designs), digital marketing content and all below the line marketing activities (brand activation and event marketing). The CMM will also be responsible to lead his/her team to promote Hey Marketing Solutions using all platforms and means. The CMM is expected to analyze trends, lead his/her team produce creative marketing concepts for clients, develop concept notes/proposals and manage delivery of all creative marketing activities.
Key Tasks and responsibilities
Develop a creative development process (branding, Event and Digital marketing) and implement the procedure in collaboration with the team
Lead the design team to fulfill design requests from the client services team
Develop internal marketing activities to promote HEY marketing solutions on all platforms
Hold consecutive meetings with clients representing HEY marketing solutions as an account executive for branding and digital marketing services.
Create an efficient communication and follow up methods with clients
Create event management process and follow up implementation
Recruit and manage ad-hoc brand ambassador or event teams.
Create a digital marketing process, lead content development, and execute activities.
Generate analytic report for HEY and client digital platforms
Conduct trend research and develop original creative concepts to be translated to branding process, digital, BTL and event marketing.
Collaborate and network with industry stakeholders to understand trends and build partnership
Create a learning method for the team to acquire new skills and ways of working.
Perform monthly performance evaluation in collaboration with operations
Generate monthly report for all activities carried out by the department

Job Requirements
The qualification and attributes we are looking for are
Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management or any related social field
Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in similar industry
Excellent understanding of creative design process
Excellent concept note and proposal writing skill
Excellent understanding of digital content development and marketing process
Excellent English written and spoken communication
Very good research skill
