Job Description
Partner with senior management to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business;
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance;
Identifies training needs for business units and participates in the evaluation and monitoring of the training programs to ensure level of achievement;
Closely work with management and employees to improve work relationships, and increase productivity as well as retention;
Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning;
Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development;
Develop people strategies and design approaches for enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction;
Collaborate with the HR team to accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver the highest business results;
Conducting workforce planning and talent management activities, identifying skill gaps, and developing succession plans to support organizational growth;
Leading and participating in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and mediation, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment;
Assist in driving business growth from an organization and talent perspective;
Carrying out other necessary Human Resource activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to lead, drive change, and influence decision-makers;
Strong and demonstrated analytical abilities;
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills;
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
Capable to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels;
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR practices;
Degree/MSc. in HR Management, Management, or related business fields.
Experience: 7+ Years of experience, manufacturing industry experience is an added value
