Job Description

Main Responsibility

  • Partner with senior management to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business;

  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance;

  • Identifies training needs for business units and participates in the evaluation and monitoring of the training programs to ensure level of achievement;

  • Closely work with management and employees to improve work relationships, and increase productivity as well as retention;

  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning;

  • Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development;

  • Develop people strategies and design approaches for enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction;

  • Collaborate with the HR team to accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver the highest business results;

  • Conducting workforce planning and talent management activities, identifying skill gaps, and developing succession plans to support organizational growth;

  • Leading and participating in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and mediation, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment;

  • Assist in driving business growth from an organization and talent perspective;

  • Carrying out other necessary Human Resource activities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

    • Ability to lead, drive change, and influence decision-makers;

    • Strong and demonstrated analytical abilities;

    • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills;

    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;

    • Capable to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels;

    • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR practices;

Academic Qualifications

  • Degree/MSc. in HR Management, Management, or related business fields.

Experience: 7+ Years of experience, manufacturing industry experience is an added value

Salary: Negotiable
