Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists in handling office duties as requested and assigned;

• Deliver and collect documents and other correspondences from and to the organizations;

• Assists in managing protocols for customs document clearance;

• Promote professionalism and excellent customer service attitude;

• Greet guests at the airport and facilitate immigration and/ customs formalities as needed;

• Transporting customers from airports to hotels and vice versa;

• Transporting visitors to different parts of the country and guiding them all the time;

• Determine the most efficient route to destinations to ensure timely delivery;

• Support procurement activities such as a collection of quotations, effect payment and collation of procured items;

• Maintain vehicle logs and ensure vehicles are fully equipped with required documents and supplies, including first aid kits and fire extinguishers;

• Make sure proper and timely maintenance of assigned vehicles;

• Conduct daily regular checks of oil, water, tyre etc are in place and vehicles are in good condition for use;

• Certifying the safety of staff members, customers and properties during each journey;

• Handover company vehicles timely and accurately, whenever required;

• Other tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

Additional qualifications

• Experience in travelling in a different town in the country

  • Able to communicate proficiently in the English Language;

  • Excellent communication and stress management skills

  • Good Knowledge of Local Language

  • Knowledgeable in handling confidential information

  • Punctual, respectful and law obedient

  • Basic vehicle maintenance skills and;

  • Dedicate to fully respecting traffic rules and regulations

Academic qualification

• 12th Grade per old curriculum/10th complete per new educational policy with a minimum of 3rd Grade Driving License

  • Age 28+

  • Certified for Safety driving skills is a plus

Years of experience: Minimum of 6+ years experience

Work Station: Addis Ababa, with frequent travel to different parts of the country

Salary: Negotiable
