Job Description
Create and build strong work relationships with regional store supervisors and sales executives;
Support the preparation of data analysis by working with the local marketing team;
Liaise with customers through follow-up and ensure correct rates and service levels are in place;
Analyze sales and stock equilibrium through callouts for opportunity doors and designing attainable action plans;
Design innovative ideas to promote and sell new products
Responding to complaints from customers and offering after-sales support whenever it is required;
Report periodical sales performance including clients’ comments and feedback;
Manage the process cycle of all orders with precision and timeliness;
Work closely with the regional sales team and share necessary updates;
Monitor the sales team’s progress, identify weaknesses and propose improvements;
Provide periodical reports to assist in forecasting business and prospecting;
Ensure precautions are in place to protect the company’s information/data at all times;
Adhere to existing company practices, policies and procedures and take proper action to new and alternative methods;
Handle other duties and responsibilities when requested by your manager.
Academic qualification
BA/Masters in Marketing, Sales or any related field,
Additional qualifications and skill
Proved experience as a sales coordinator is considered a plus;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
A team player with a high level of dedication;
Ability to work in a team and has excellent cooperation and problem-solving skills;
Self-motivated, result-oriented and
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving;
Experience in FMCG is beneficial.
