Job Summary:
The main responsibilities are managing and supervising the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing facility. Primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient production of goods, maintaining quality standards, and managing a team of factory workers.
Production Oversight:
Coordinate and oversee the production process to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of products.
Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow as needed to meet deadlines.
Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure that products meet specified requirements.
Conduct regular inspections of products to identify defects and implement corrective actions.
Lead and supervise a team of factory workers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Ensure that staffing levels are adequate to meet production requirements.
Enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment.
Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for factory workers.
Manage and optimize resources, including raw materials, equipment, and manpower.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with management to implement best practices in manufacturing processes.
Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance, quality metrics, and any relevant issues.
Communicate with higher management on a regular basis regarding factory operations.
Work closely with Edomias client to understand their requirements and address any concerns.
Ensure that products meet customer specifications and expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any Business related field
Five and above years of proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
