Job Description
The Manager responsible for Developing draft IFB resource mobilization strategy, guidelines/techniques and compile and share best practices/experiences. Prepare IFB deposit performance report of districts/branches and submit to the CEO for review. Follow-up the rectification of internal audit report findings and settlement of escalated long outstanding items. Attend to queries of branches in their day to day IFB operations. Regularly assess key IFB resource opportunity areas and identify corporate deposit customers.
Job Requirement
Educational Level and work Experience: MBA/BA degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field of study with a minimum of 8/10 years of experience in banking operations Of which Four (4) Years in IFB Operation’s.
