Oversee the management of one or several bank activities. They set policies which promote safe banking operations, ensure the economic, social and commercial targets are met and that all the bank departments, activities and commercial policies are in compliance with legal requirements. They also manage employees and maintain an effective working relationship among the staff.

Job Requirement

• Required Academic Qualifications and skills:BA/BSC degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Economics/Management or related field of study

• Relevant Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in insurance operation of which 3 years in supervisor position.

Duty  Station: Addis Ababa

Note:-

• Other required skills: – Computer literate

• Year of experiences will be counted after graduation
