Job Description
The Teacher is responsible for providing the required standard of education for students in general through: proper planning and preparing of courses and lessons based on the Cambridge Curriculum and Ethiopian National Curriculum ; delivering the approved lesson plan; assessing students and getting feedback; preparing reports and certificates based on the assessments. In addition, the teacher will meet with parents and provide any input/information on the respective student, as and when requested by the School Administrator (School management). The teacher will also work closely with the assigned coach to ensure the meeting of teaching standards per guidelines set and feedback presented. As a model to students, the teacher will pay special attention to the code of conduct and comply.
Job Requirements
BSC/BA/BED Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Education, Engineering fields with more than 2 years experience as self contained teacher.
Pedagogy training
Excellent spoken English and IT skills
