Job Description
Flipper International School was founded in 1998 by Mrs Menna Selamu and Mrs Serkaddis Seifu. Seeing the lack of a comprehensive nursery in the city, the school was initially established to provide a loving and stimulating place for preschoolers to embark on their educational journey. Over the years, our school has gained a remarkable reputation and has since become one of the most sought-after preschools, primary Middle and High schools in Addis Ababa.
The main job of a Learning Assistant is
to provide overall support to students as well as to assist the main teacher through overseeing students well- being and safety when they come to school until they leave at the end of the day;
assisting them during classroom and outdoor activities;
watching over them during snack and lunch time and ensuring they consume their food and drinks in an orderly manner.
In addition, the Learning Assistant will also serve as a substitute teacher when the main teacher is not present or as required.
Work place: Beklobet/or Summit
Job Requirements
Qualifications
BSC/BA/ BED/ degree in sociology, psychology, engineering, or education fields
