This position is responsible for assisting in preparation of operational risk plans and reports and recommending prudential measures.
● Conduct assessment, and controls of various risks faced by the Bank systems.
● Conduct a review the individual loan, advances, and files of selected borrowers and customers, and prepare a summary report for the management team
● Research current trends in the business market and come up with suitable recommendations for adoption.
● Support in assessment of both internal and external factors for continued risks identification on the bank’s operation.
● Conduct risk assessments on the bank’s operations and prepare a detailed report for management review and discussions.
● Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Education:
B.Sc. Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or any other related field and having a Legal background is a plus.
Experience:
At least 3 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II/III or equivalent
