Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Digital Marketing Strategy:
o Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company and its products and/or services.
o Enhance brand awareness in the digital space as well as drive website traffic and acquire leads/customers.
Ø Content Creation:
o Create and manage engaging, share-worthy content that captures audience interest and enhances brand loyalty.
o Develop content for various digital platforms such as websites, blogs, social media, and online advertising.
Ø Social Media Management:
o Develop a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels.
o Create and post timely content on different social media platforms to engage the audience and foster interactive relationships.
Ø SEO/SEM and Analytics:
o Optimize website and social media channels for SEO to increase visibility.
o Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
o Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to forecast trends and plan future strategies.
Ø Email Marketing:
o Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns to improve product awareness and boost sales.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
Ø 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
Ø Proficiency in digital marketing software and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
Ø Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and the latest trends.
Ø Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ø Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
